Being Uncomfortable is the only way to change. Train with me to not only transform your body but transform your mindset, perspective and way of life.
Originally born in Ivory Coast and raised in Guinea, West Africa, I come from a family of professional athletes. My mom was a professional soccer player for about 14 years, which naturally led me to start playing soccer as well.
I moved to the U.S. when I was around 11 or 12 years old and quickly transitioned to football, since soccer wasn’t as big here. Football became — and still is — the love of my life. I had the opportunity to move to Los Angeles to play football for a junior college, which eventually led to a scholarship offer from a Division 1 program. Unfortunately, my football journey was cut short due to the COVID pandemic.
After that, I began training in MMA and was on track to go pro, but certain circumstances led me to step away from that path. That’s when I shifted my focus to fitness. Given my background, and with a large network of friends and family in the NFL and MMA, people naturally started turning to me for training once they saw I had the time and expertise. I started training professional NFL athletes and MMA fighters — many of whom appreciated how detailed, specific, and unique my training approach was.
I’ve always gotten compliments on my physique, and over time, those compliments turned into opportunities — clients ranging from athletes to celebrities to everyday people. Now, 3–4 years into being a trainer (and 13 years into training myself), I’m wiser, more passionate than ever, and excited to keep sharing what I’ve learned about the body and movement.I truly believe everyone should find a fitness passion of their own. You’ll feel your best, think more clearly, and gain the kind of confidence that only comes from pushing through hardship and discomfort. Once you master that in the gym, it creates a ripple effect that transforms every part of your life.
